Take West State Street past K-mart and Shoney's to the stop
light in front of Taco Bell. Turn right onto Grove Park Road.
From Kingsport
Take Highway 11W to Bristol. Turn left at the stop light in front
of Taco Bell onto Grove Park Road.
From Blountville
Take Highway 126 (Blountville Highway) to Bristol. Go straight through
the stop light at Taco Bell onto Grove Park Road.
From Abingdon
Take I-81 South to exit 74-A. This will put you onto West State
Street. Come into Bristol and turn left at the stop light in front
of Taco Bell onto Grove Park Road.
Our building is the grey and stone office building
on the right. We are located on the upper level. The street address
is 321 Midway Medical Park.
